Session Objective
The objective of the session is to engage and educate young people who are interested in aviation environmental protection and climate change. It aims to listen to their views and address their inquiries related to aviation environmental protection.

- Students from universities and colleges related to biotechnology, environmental biology, environmental engineering and petroleum engineering.

Youth Session Agenda:
- Sustainable and low-carbon fuels and clean energy: definition and importance.
- The future of sustainable, low-carbon aviation fuels, and clean energy.
- Enhancing youth participation in issues related to the protection of the civil aviation environment, including the production of sustainable, low-carbon aviation fuels and clean energy.
Moderator
Dr. Mohab Ali Al-Hinai
Dr. Mohab Ali Al-Hinai is a highly skilled and experienced professional in the fields of technology and sustainability. With over twenty years of experience, he has held numerous positions in academia and industry, including his current role as the VP of Sustainability and Circular Economy at the Oman Environmental Services Holding Company. In addition to his extensive academic background, which includes a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences, Dr. Al-Hinai has also earned several professional certificates in financial planning and analysis, sustainable capitalism and ESG, and leading and building a culture of innovation. He is also a co-founder of Sustainable Investments LLC, which focuses on promoting sustainable development and ESG principles through sustainable investing and ESG advisory in Oman and the MENA region.
Dr. Al-Hinai has participated in several prestigious leadership programs, including the National Collaborative Leadership Program, which was organized by the Royal Academy of Management in Oman and delivered by Saïd Business School and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD).
