With 27 years of experience in the aviation industry, the First Vice Chairperson of the ICAO Middle East Regional Aviation Safety Group, His responsibilities include overseeing Oman CAA's preparations for the International Civil Aviation Organization Universal Safety Oversight Audit Program Continuous Monitoring Approach (ICAO-USOAP-CMA). Extensive experience in directing Air Traffic Services, with proven track record of delivering high-profile projects within the aviation industry. Establishment and Leading the Civil Aviation Taskforce for Operations Recovery during the challenging times posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Successful management of the operational transition from legacy Air Traffic Services to an advanced Area, Approach and Aerodrome Control Services in June 2014. Managing the operational transition for the inauguration of the state-of-the-art Muscat International Airport Air Traffic Control Center in December 2016, recognized as the most advanced ACC in the Middle East.

Associate Degree in Public Administration from MCBS College. Air Traffic Control Services certificates in Aerodrome, Approach and Area control from Airways New Zealand and Oman Aviation Control College.
